Tiger Pulls it Together to Win at Bay Hill

Tiger pulled out an easy 5 stroke victory over Graeme McDowell at the Arnold Palmer Invitational this weekend at Bay Hill. This is his first win since the revelation of his infidelities in 2009, and the first victory since he’s worked with swing coach Sean Foley.

Sunday’s round began with a one stroke lead for Woods, but McDowell double-bogeyed the first hole, giving Woods a 4-stroke lead and, ultimately, the win. Even after putting his tee shots into fairway bunkers on 10 and 15, he saved par with his putter to hold on to the lead.

This was Woods’s seventh victory at Bay Hill and the 72nd win of his career.

What did you think of Tiger’s show at Bay Hill? Do you think he’s going to return to his former level of play?
